ASSIGNMENTS

Lendtable, Inc shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.

THIRD PARTIES

If you register to create an account to receive payments via our application, you expressly authorize Lendtable’s service provider, Dwolla, Inc. to originate credit transfers to your financial institution account. You must be at least 13 years old and obtain parental permission if under 18 to receive funds. You authorize us to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. Business Continuity Plan

Business Continuity Plan Disclosure Statement

Lendtable Inc. (“Lendtable”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan concerning how we would respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on our Business Continuity Plan.

Contacting Us: If, after a significant business disruption, you cannot contact Lendtable Inc. as you usually do, you may contact us via our website at http://www.lendtable.com or by emailing info@lendtable.com. If you cannot access us through either one of those means, we will contact all of our business constituents via telephone or email to answer any questions you may have.

Our Business Continuity Plan: We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment and protecting the Company's books and records. In short, our Business Continuity Plan is designed to permit us to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruptions.

Our Business Continuity Plan Addresses: data back-up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; financial services impact; and regulatory reporting if we are unable to continue our business.

Varying Disruptions: Significant business disruptions can vary in their scope, such as impacting only Lendtable, the business district or building where our we are physically located, the city where we are located and the whole region. In any situation, we plan to continue in business and notify you via telephone, text, or email of how to contact us.
